Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack With Care
Securely pack the lighting fixture in its original manufacturer box with all protective foam, manuals, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
