How long will it take to receive my lighting fixtures?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy for damaged or unwanted items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your fixture arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement. Unwanted items must be in their original packaging and uninstalled to qualify for a refund.
Are light bulbs included with the fixtures?
To keep our prices at a deep discount, light bulbs are generally not included unless specifically stated in the product description. We recommend using LED bulbs for energy efficiency.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Discount Home Lighting does not provide installation services. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician to ensure your new lighting is installed safely and according to local building codes.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all of our lighting fixtures come with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
How can I track my order once it has shipped?
